Adolphe Bridge and Pétrusse Valley
A landmark stone bridge over a green valley in the middle of the city.
When it opened in 1903, the Adolphe Bridge had the largest stone arch in the world, spanning about 85 m. Since 2018 a suspended footbridge and cycle path runs beneath the road deck. Below lies the Pétrusse valley park, and on nearby Place de la Constitution stands the Gëlle Fra, the Monument of Remembrance.
💡 Walk down into the Pétrusse valley for the classic view of the bridge.
