The Mullerthal region is famous for its rock formations, narrow gorges and streams. The Mullerthal Trail, about 112 km long in three routes, is one of Europe's best-rated hiking trails. Its best-known spot is the Schiessentümpel, a small waterfall under a picturesque stone bridge.
